New Year New Goals!

Every year people make resolutions and talk about what they are NOT going to do. Well how about this, think about what you want and need to do and make some GOALS!!!

I sat down and made goals for all aspects of my life (personal/business/fitness). I broke my goals down by quarter (3 month increments)

They say sharing makes you accountable soooo, my fitness goals for Q1/2012 (Jan-Mar) are
1 – Complete 1 round of P90X
2 – Complete Couch to 5K
3- TurboKick or Zumba Certification
4- Learn to Swim
